- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Politely introduce myself and inform the customer of my credentials and experience. I try to listen to the customers concerns and answer any relevant questions he or she may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my B.S. in Criminal Justice from MTSU from way back in 2005. Everything I've learned has either come from hands on experience through companies I've worked for or by watching videos on Youtube and trying to figure out how to do a given project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always worked with my hands since I was a young kid playing with Legos. My grandfather was a woodworker and an electrician, so I learned a little bit from him and just picked up alot of extra knowledge along the way.
