Paco has catered two opening parties and a seated dinner for ten for me. I couldn't be happier with his work. His menus are imaginative, the preparation flawless. In addition, his wait staff is wonderfully professional. I can't say enough good things about Paco, he does a brilliant job.

Paco is so creative and works very collaboratively with me to develop a menu, display plan, timing for presentation and other decorative elements for a private or public event. He is fun, detail-oriented, extremely personable when involved with guests and always amenable to adjusting the program to meet the needs of the occasion. I recommend him without reservation.

It was a truly inspiring and empowering food experience that Paco and his team delivered for our 3 day program at the Hurleyville Art Centre. The food, all vegetarian by choice, continued to deliver a rich and healthy experience with enough diversity to not miss the meat. Thank you Paco!!
