- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bludolci Party Professionals specializes in Birthday and Family Parties, Cocktail Parties, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, Bachelor/ette Parties, Holiday Parties, Private Dinners, Special Luncheons, Wedding Receptions, Private Yaching / Boating, Corporate Parties, and much more. Simply contact us to schedule your party. Be prepared to provide us with the date of your event, approximate guest count, and event location. We then proceed to prepare a customized proposal based on your event needs. Please contact us ahead of time so we can prepare properly for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether your occasion is in-home or at a rental space, our servers arrive early to set up for your party. We can assist in transferring and redecorating delivery food, finishing your cooking, heating up appetizers, plating the food for guests, and much more! We assist with final food preparations assisting you or your caterer. We also handle table set up's, bar and appetizer prep, and taking care of everything before your first guests arrive. Our goal is to follow your specific instructions and do things as you want while also bringing in our professional service skills and experience. We provide the staff to set-up, serve and clean-up on the day of your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in a family that owned restaurants in NYC and gourmet markets that emphasized on catering fine food and providing professional waitstaff for the events.
