FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on what program will be a fit for you. I do have financing options available and offer discount for early enrollment. My Pricing is for 12 weeks plans initially. If you need further help beyond that to achieve your goal we can discuss additional coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential client comes in we go through what I call a transformation session. Essentially this is a conversation where we discuss what your goals are, where you are at currently with your health and shape, and where you would like to be. Then we talk about what you have tried before that has or hasn't worked and what you feel that you need most to get the result that you want. Based on our conversation I will make a recommendation for the program option that would help you get there in the best and fastest way possible. Understand that all results take time and are not linear, there is an ebb and flow to things. What I have found is that 2-3 small changes per week works for most people, the minimum effective does, in a few key areas (exercise, nutrition, mindset) will produce the most change. After making a potential offer it is up to you to decide if you want my help. After the decision if we are not a good fit I will make a recommendation to another potential professional that can help you or if we are a good fit and decide to work together then I will get you the necessary starter documentation and assessments so we can begin working together.
