- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use value-based pricing. Everything starts with a conversation - determining your "real needs" and whether I can help you. Then I propose the service(s) I believe will meet your need and what they will require. Because I have encountered far too many people who want to "pick my brain", my pricing involves a first-hour fee of $250.00. If we continue and do business with each other, I credit the first-hour fee towards the total project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A conversation - by telephone or Zoom. 2. We determine if we're the right fit for each other and your issue or situation. 3. I present a value-based solution. 4. You agree and sign with a deposit (or in full) to secure my dates / times. 5. We get to work and solutions.
