Introduction: One of the biggest challenges people face in accessing their unique contribution to the world is knowing themselves well. As I work with clients trying to make changes in their lives-from career to lifestyle to relationships, I pay special attention to helping clients dig deep enough to know themselves so they can make decisions that are true to their authentic selves. When I work with faith and ministry leaders I find that many are perplexed by how to lead in a world that views matters of faith very differently than what feels comfortable to them. My role is to come alongside of you as you navigate the changing tides of what it means to be and lead followers of Jesus in your context. How do you nurture your own faith? How do you lead others into deep spiritual formation? What does it look like to grow in community? How can mission be good news and partner with what God is already doing? If these are some of your questions, I would love to walk with you! The thing that gives me the greatest joy is to see people and communities become more authentically who God made them to be and offer their unique contribution to the world. I am particularly committed to seeing real people find ways to follow God in real places. By inhabiting the places we live, work and play, we have the chance to join God in his work in the neighborhood, as we live out our call in the world. When this happens, the way the Church participates in the mission of God is transformed!
