- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a bachelor's degree in fine arts with a concentration in illustration and print media from NYSCC at Alfred University. My training consisted of extensive drawing classes, traditional printmaking and digital printmaking (monoprint, dry point etching, woodblock, digital, lithograph, screen printing), paper making, fabric design, and various forms of sculpture.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated from New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University and recieved my BFA with a concentration in illustration and print media. To me, a freelance illustration business seemed like the perfect fit for the direction I'd like my career to go. I've worked with many local and national clients and am ready to expand my customer base!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a fairly wide range of customers. From illustrating coloring books for school-based health centers, to designing bingo cards for local garden centers, I've had experience with many types of clientele.
