- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for work scheduled M-F during normal business hours is $40 per hr with a minimum service call of $65 plus tax. After hours is as requested. Saturdays are worked out with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most electrical jobs require a site visit for an accurate estimate if it an installation. If the call is a trouble call it varies from a minimum service call to 3 or 4 hours depending on the access to junction boxes or fixtures. Most of the time I would like to initiate any process with a phone call and we can go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree from SUNY at Alfred and a Master Electricians license with the city of Rochester. Along with Many years of electrical experience in the control and power industries.
