What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training: We LOVE rescued dogs!!! You can get 20% off training if you adopted your dog from a shelter! Must show proof of adoption. We offer 3 main training services: 1-1 Consultation (covers dog behavioral issues), Obedience Training, and a Combination options. Choosing the combination option, you save $99! Care: For most of our care services, the more check-ins, hours, or nights you book, the higher the discount! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service requested, we will start with a meet n' greet to make sure our new customers feel comfortable with us. After, we set up a time and date according to the dates needed and availability!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In terms of dog training, I am a part of The Dog Trainer Academy. I've also trained with two dog trainers, in particular, one who is an (amazing) international dog trainer based in New Zealand.
