Introduction: Here at Dejavu, customer satisfaction is our goal. Your pet will be treated with the utmost care and respect. We take our time with the animals and try to provide a stress free experience. Signs of anxiety are noticed and proper protocol is followed. Your furry friend will be offered water and taken out for a potty break when necessary. If your pet is left with us for extended care, you will be choosing home away from home. Not only will we ensure the basic necessities of providing food and water, but will offer treats for obedience and we will bring your dog for walks a minimum of 4 times each day. You have an option of choosing to have your pet groomed before the end of the boarding experience, but you can be sure that your baby will be sent home smelling fresh and clean! I absolutely love animals and consider it a great privilege to work with them all day every day! Dogs are therapeutic and intuitive. Petting a dog releases endorphins and helps with anxiety. Dogs have always been an essential part of my life and are considered my family!

I love Dejavu Grooming and Kennel! Renee the owner had taken such great care of my dog! I love the salon to its decor is gorgeous .such a clean place to .Definitely going back !

I highly recommend Dejavu for grooming, sitting service or to buy a puppy! I bought my sweet chi puppy from Renee' and couldn't be happier. She came to me healthy, happy and so well-socialized. It was obvious that Renee' spends a lot of quality time with the pups! I also trusted her sitting services while I went out of town on vacation. Roxie stayed inside her home and was loved just as much as when she's at home!

That if you relie on a app to generate your business at least have the common courtesy of keeping a appointment that was set by the app

I do NOT rely on an app to generate business. The appointment you requested was not confirmed or set up. You simply requested one, then became angry that I could not groom your dog at a moments notice. I do hope you were satisfied with the groomer of your choice.

My prices are based on the services desired and are based on the breed, size, and time involved to complete the groom.

I need to know about your dogs temperament and any special needs or skin conditions. I also need to know the length desired for the cut. Vaccination records are always helpful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification from a private grooming school and did my internship with a master groomer.
