- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has to do with the client. While I do have a ballpark figure, I am more than willing to work with a client in a variety of ways in which he or she is able to pay for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask three qualifying questions: 1. Do you want to be the market leader in your niche? 2. What makes you different in your niche? 3. What are you spending now on advertising and marketing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in business and am a follower of David Sprague and his marketing mentorship.
