- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Help People Start Up and Professionally Manage Corporations. Many people hesitate to start up a corporation, ‘incorporate‘, or transition to a corporate entity, because of their perception of all of the corporate processes and paperwork that is required. Often people also have an unclear understanding of the benefits of incorporating, such as liability protection and potential tax savings which can also cause them to hesitate. As California Corporate Attorneys first we help our clients to understand the benefits of incorporating a business, then we help them to select the best corporate structure and entity to serve their business needs. Only then do we incorporate and aid them in the actual processes of incorporating a business. Once set up with the right corporate vehicle we aid in the process of optimally managing their annual corporate records as are required of any corporate entity. We do so based upon establishing a ‘best practice‘ methodology, endeavoring to make these processes not only effective but also as easy as possible to actually get done.
