Hired on Thumbtack

We hired this company to install our fence and remove some stumps. They said it would take 3 days. 30 days later, they finally just quit after convincing us to pay them most of the money by saying they needed to buy more supplies. They had neither the tools nor knowledge of how to remove stumps. When we realized this, we offered to hire someone else but they assured us they had purchased a stump grinder and were just waiting for it to be delivered, which turned out to be untrue. Our fence is poorly constructed with no latches to hold gates closed, dangerous screws sticking out of it and the hinges on one of the gates is already falling off. They did not follow our property line and our old fence is still waiting to be taken away. I would not recommend hiring this company.

I am sorry for your disappointment about our service. When we given proposal, we explained that we have involved another project, therefore were not able to start immediately. You agreed with us.
