- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1-on-1 Personal Training 30 minutes $50 a session. Small Group Training 2-8 person $25 per person. (great for couples, friends, family, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by making sure the client is medically cleared to begin a physical activity program. We will then go through a fitness assessment which helps the trainer identify the clients strengths and weaknesses so the trainer can design a program specific to the individual needs and goals of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Halston Carnes is one of the best and most knowledgeable trainers in the fitness industry to date; he has a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Science with a concentration in human performance from the University of Central Florida. As a former U.S. Marine he has trained marines for combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a strength and conditioning trainer, small group trainer, and personal trainer; and he has trained numerous athletes, general, and special population clients that have all seen amazing and lasting results.
