FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies per project, we do not bill by the hour. It depends on what has to be shot and how much time well need in post-production. We also know that some small businesses do not have a large budget when considering video production and we would be happy to prepare a quote for you anytime to help you with your planning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1: PRE-PRODUCTION Whether you already have an idea or need help coming up with one this is the crucial step in the process where we meet to discuss your vision, establish creative direction, and set a timeline for completion of the project. At this time we require a 50% deposit of the production cost. Pre-production includes the creation of concept, scripting, selecting of voice talent, and planning for the production by lining up location, talent, props, equipment and a shoot day and time. STEP 2: PRODUCTION Production day is always a fun time for everyone involved. We will arrive on location on the designated shoot day and time with our equipment and begin setting up. Once we are all set up and everyone is in place it is Lights... Camera...Action! Shoot times very from project to project typically ranging from 1 to 4 hours at a single location. Again, a strong pre-production plan will help move things along quickly and smoothly. STEP 3: POST PRODUCTION This is when we take all of the pieces we have collected including your logo, video, and voice over mix in some snazzy special effects and assemble them into a fully functioning commercial. The time between production and post production moves pretty fast usually once we have all the necessary elements in hand we are uploading for approval within 5 business days. STEP 4: APPROVAL We upload the completed commercial to our password protected Client Login page on our website where you can watch and review it as many times as you need. This is when you give us your feedback and we make any necessary changes. We give you up to 3 free changes at this time. Once everything is all approved and final payment has been received we will send it off to your advertiser and send you a copy as well so that you can put the commercial on your social media and website.
