Steve inspected my 850 square foot condo. Even though it's a small place, it was important for me to know what was going on with it. His knowledge of things like AC units, electric panels and plumbing was impressive. I really had no idea what I should be concerned about and what was normal. Steve walked me through the whole report and explained everything. And he got the report to me by the next day. Thanks Steve, well worth the time and money!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Like to find out the customers needs, i.e., Home inspection, termite inspection, 4 point inspection, etc. I believe in very upfront pricing for my customers as well as being there to answer any questions they might have before, during, and after the inspection.
