- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on an hourly rate, which can vary from $20 to $35 an hour based on the needs of your event or establishment. Additions and upgrades are possible depending on any unique characteristics of your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have a simple, no hassle process with working with new customers. 1) Once we receive your job request, we fairly assess your needs and formulate a quote. 2) Send you the quote and any questions we may have. 3) If you agree to the quote and the service we offer, we'll send you an invoice. a) Jobs under $250 will receive an invoice and payment will be due the day before the event. b) Jobs over $250 will receive an invoice and 50% will be due in order to book, and the remainder will be due the day of the event. c) Jobs for establishments with ongoing service will receive a weekly invoice due on the Saturday of each week. All payments can be paid online via debit/credit or bank transfer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working in the customer service and hospitality industry for 16 years, playing various roles from attendant, management, and ownership. My years of experience and principles are instilled in my staff to ensure proper service is given with every job.
