- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quote will be competitive, but will vary depending on the client's needs (audio, lighting, distance traveled, etc.). Please realize that we are professionals and that this is our living. We take great pride in what we do as individuals and as an organization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new quote, we'll ask about the event type, location, number of guests, general entertainment expectations and audio needs. Our quote will reflect the amount of time you'd like us to perform, distance and sound needs. We are equipped to provide a full professional audio and lighting system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All three members of the organization are seasoned musical performers. In addition, Keith Wilkinson (lead guitar), holds an Audio Engineering degree. His expertise ensures that your event will have top-notch sound.
