- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Something that can be helpful when preparing for an important event is a consultation. We can brainstorm ideas and play around so that we find the perfect look you are going for. This way you know how your makeup will turn out, and you have one less thing to be stressed out about on the day of your special occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Aveda Institute Minneapolis with a Cosmetology license. I went on to work for Bobbi Brown and freelance for weddings and proms.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing makeup for theatre productions during high school. Around the same time, I started to focused on formal and prom makeup applications. During my time in cosmetology school, I started to do makeup for weddings and events like fashion shows. I trained with Bobbi Brown following graduation, and worked for them as I started for freelance for a few years.
