FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Legal Fees are reasonable and set on a case by case basis. Fees can be arranged in different ways: Flat Fees, Hourly, or Contingent Fees. Please note that in Family or Criminal Cases we are not allowed to accept representation via a contingent fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We must conduct a consultation. There I would assess your legal issues, and provide answers to your questions. Then I would discuss with you how the scope and manner of my legal representation in your case. If we both accept, meaning you want to hire me as your lawyer, and I also accept representation, then we must proceed to sign a document which will outline the details of our relationship. We will then, together, start working immediately on your behalf.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney in the state of Florida. Lawyers are required to have a Bachelors Degree, and obtain a Juris Doctor from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association. In addition, lawyers are required to take and pass the Florida Bar and maintain such license in good standing. In my case, in addition to have all of these requirements I have a Master's Degree.
