- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-No hourly charge -Both drone and/or interior imagery at one low flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen closely to the client to understand their vision of the imagery they want to capture. Once I am complete in developing their vision I work with the client to make any edits needed. Customer Service is my #1 priority. I will work with the client until they are 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aeronautical training/test. FAA certified and licensed for commercial drone operations.
