- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. I need to work with the client. This relationship has to be mutually beneficial.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first need to understand the nature of the new customer's business what the business goals are. From there we then can discuss and customize what it is they are looking for from me. I like to get a feel for who the customer is and how they work and then I can adjust to them. They are the most important member of our new partnership.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas where I majored in Broadcast Journalism and Communication Studies. But my most valuable training has been being part of a team and contributing to the growth of a company. My role in particular has given me a great advantage having had to wear many hats over the years to ensure the company's growth and culture successful.
