MaidPro has been taking care of my home in Maple Grove and now my new home in Plymouth for more than 10 years! Their quality is second to none but it the people who make the difference. Kelly, the wonderful MaidPro employee who cleans my home does a better job than I would. She cleans places I wouldn't even think to clean! She's so personable and I love when I have that moment during cleaning day when I remember that she's been there and that my house will be spotless when I get home. Alisha in the office has also been a pleasure to deal with. Whether its having to rearrange a cleaning due to holidays or visitors or answering a billing question, she's very responsive and friendly. Brett the owner is very hands-on and truly cares about his customers. I even have MaidPro providing cleaning services at my business and am completely satisfied on that front as well. You won't regret having MaidPro in your home!

We are competitively priced for each of our available service levels. Please contact our office to learn more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief conversation with our client about which areas of the home they would like cleaned provides us with the information needed to give them an estimate on required time and cost for the service. This is done right over the phone and takes about 10-15 minutes. Next step, if everything sounds good to the client, would be to schedual a day and time for the cleaning(s). MaidPro cleans Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleaning services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of MaidPro staff member undergoes extensive training through MaidPro University. During that time they are taught how to clean against our 49-Point Checklist, ensuring our cleanings are consistent in approach each and every time. Staff also undergo a full background check and screening.
