- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief conversation with our client about which areas of the home they would like cleaned provides us with the information needed to give them an estimate on required time and cost for the service. This is done right over the phone and takes about 10-15 minutes. Next step, if everything sounds good to the client, would be to schedual a day and time for the cleaning(s). MaidPro cleans Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleaning services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of MaidPro staff member undergoes extensive training through MaidPro University. During that time they are taught how to clean against our 49-Point Checklist, ensuring our cleanings are consistent in approach each and every time. Staff also undergo a full background check and screening.
