What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a 15% discount to clients that receive weekly cleanings; 10% discount for bi-weekly, and 5% for monthly. I also am currently offering a 10% discount to any senior or disabled clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for one year with a professional cleaning company in Huntsville, and have spent the last three years working in the housekeeping department at Huntsville Hospital.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked worked with every manner of customer, from elderly clients that were terminally ill, large and small families alike, and everyone in between. I greet all of my clients with the same level of enthusiasm and the understanding that all of their needs are equally important.
