As an IFBB pro bodybuilder who overcame a 14 year battle with Crohn's Disease, I understand unique challenges. The journey to a healthy lifestyle is different for every person and should be fun! I enjoy meeting individuals at their current fitness level and helping them exceed their goals. Taking time to truly understand my clients allows me to create programs that fit their lifestyle.

Cynthia was very responsive since day 1. I showed up 15 min late to our consultation but she still made me feel comfortable. She took her time through the consultation to make sure she answered all my questions. She explained her style of training, we toured the facility, We discussed my goals and she shared her personal fitness journey . I believe she is a good fit in guiding me through this process. She is very patient and knowledgeable. Overall, I feel confident and comfortable with her being a part of my fitness goals.

Cynthia (CMay) is a trainer that cares and takes very serious the fitness goals that I have. She explains everything in great detail, and I love that technique is key to her. I had a lower back injury and received three epidural injections in 2015. CMay has definitely given me advice and ways to workout so that I will not strain my lower back again. To see her before and after pictures of herself, that should let clients know of her dedication to health and fitness. If she has trained her body to the results that you see now, she definitely will yank yours into tip-top shape.

I worked with CMay for about 3 months before moving out of state, and she's the realest. She's humble yet hardworking, tough yet fun, and all around a badass to train with. I never worked with her on posing, but she's a beast on stage and can pose her booty off! This is the woman you want helping you become the best version of yourself.

Cynthia is awesome!!! She knows her stuff! She is easy to work with, shows you how to use the weights properly and helps you work on you're form while using the weights. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her for your 1:1 fitness training needs. She rocks!
