FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically our residential solar arrays can cost anywhere from $20,000-$50,000 depending on the amount of space we have to work with, your electric usage, and your goals for kilowatt offset. BUT, because we are a purchase only company there are plenty of tax credits and incentives that you can take advantage of!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect some basic information, such as your address, how old your roof is, and your annual electric usage. Then we work with you to put together a quote and get you set up to meet with the owner of the company, not a sales representative, and she will come out and present our proposed solar array to you. We include a no pressure, 2 page contract with the proposal as well upon each individualized in-home assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Colette Hayward is a NABCEP certified PV installer and a licensed home improvement contractor. We work with Maryland certified electricians who have licensing in many counties in the state of Maryland.
