I contacted 2216 Real Estate Group while I was in the process of purchasing my new home. I knew I needed a general contractor to do some work on the house I was about to purchase. They sent a general contractor to the house to look at the scope of work I needed done and give me an estimate. Once I settled on the house and had the keys in hand, the contractor begun work the very next day! This company is very responsive and professional. I am so happy with the work they did. They exceeded my expectations and they completed the job in the timeframe they told me they would. They remodeled and designed my bathrooms, laid new flooring on my main level, painted my entire house and added a new bedroom to my upstairs den area. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for a contractor no matter how big or small the job is.

I had two full bathrooms remodeled by 2216 Real Estate Group. Working with Raven and the team was great. I gave Raven full discretion on designing the bathrooms and they came out amazing. Exceeded expectations! Would highly recommend this company if you want high quality work along with reasonable pricing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 21 I purchased my first home. I designed it and then sold it a few years later. I then purchased another home and designed and renovated that home. I got so many compliments on the design and renovation of the homes. That is when I realized I truly love this work and I have a passion for it. I have been working with my contractor(s) ever since, designing and renovating homes.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project that I am fond of is a rental property I owned. My tenants wanted to move out at the end of their lease and own their own home. They loved my design aesthetic and my professionalism with regards to my rental that they were living in, that they hired me to do a complete 203k home renovation for them. It took roughly a month to complete. I was able to turn their vision into reality and that made me feel so good.
