There are no words. One word says it all: astronomical! I will say a few because I have gone through many contractors who I will not use again and I am picky. Not Dana though; Dana goes above and beyond... He shops with the customers, drives far to pick up anything that the customers desire for the job he is performing (I.e. Bathroom vanity). He surprises them when they least expect it. He has a wonderful personality, portrays great interaction skills and goes beyond meeting one's expectations. He does a thorough job, and when he works he constantly thinks of what can benefit the customers more for the future and takes that into consideration so he does not have to redo anything. My roof caved in and Dana came 930 pm in the pouring rain, went on the roof as part of his estimate, was economical compared to competition, and finished the job quickly! Then, he did our bathroom over, increased my basement size and is the handiest man around who is here for emergencies. Our furnace broke and he came in the middle of the night to ensure my family had heat, the power went out, he thoroughly cleaned out generator and bought flashlights. He came over when there were problems with my drains and put gutters in so there are no rivers in front of my doorway. He is continually doing work on our house. He noticed significant aspects of the house that are not safe such as: paying too much for oil and electricity because he found a leak which he is repairing. He is quick to respond to emails and texts and he is one of the last human contractors who will talk on the phone still. :) When anything goes wrong he comes instantly to modify. He is dependable, responsible and personable and highly intelligent. If anyone has kids, they will love him. This is big because people are hesitant to have kids around strangers. He even found mold and redid my daughter's closet and walls and cleaned out my son's entire closet and room itself to ensure he is safe. He fixes any appliance known to man. When our oil is out and it is freezing, Dana even comes to fill the oil. He will make anyone's home a happy house. He also thoroughly cleans up, removes big items from the property and communicates with my family members in a respectful manner who are knowledgeable and picky as well, who say Dana is great and gives the best deal around. I look forward to his future projects.

My Project Consists of (Perfecting), Re-Grading an already somewhat Graded Patio Base. When Dana Arrived, He mentioned it would take a Half Day and Cost $550 usd dollars plus material. We agreed on Friday morning.
I took a day off on Friday (lose of pay), and did not hear from Dana nor receive a call until approximately 4PM Friday afternoon. The Lack of communication was very upsetting and unsettling for me.
Furthermore, Dana arrived with 3 Cubic Yards of QP (Base) and sand but used only ½ A Yard of QP and took only 1 ½ Hours of work. rather than take back the 2 ½ Cubic Yards of QP, he left it dumped in my backyard and charged me for a full 3 Cubic Yards.
Overall, The Project was complete (Satisfactory) .

Thank you for the review I don't understand the one star though you left a few things out.
One I did the job for less than I quoted you originally
2 i educated you and gave you pointers on how to finish the project because you did not want to pay me to do it which was fine
in regards to the extra material I would have gladly taken it away but you requested to keep it because you said you had another project on the property that you wanted to do and you would use it for that.
And in regards to the time that it took to do the project it took much longer than what you said putting equipment together picking up material setting up doing the job and finishing up takes much longer than one and a half hours
And all with labor equipment and fuel cost it was one of those nonprofit jobs that I do to help people out.
With all that being said if there's anything that you need done with your house or property I would be more than happy to consider taking a look at the project and giving you a quote I hope that everything worked out well with your patio
