Introduction: My process for designing websites is very collaborative. Many clients and prospects have told me that they had designers who completed the project with little to no communication. I stay in touch with my clients during the entire process and I welcome their contributions to make sure that the end result is something they love (and their future clients will too!) I love helping business owners take their business to the next level. I've talked to many people who were hesitant to pursue opportunities that would grow their business because they hated their websites. By creating a website that they love, that brands them as an expert in their particular field, they are able to pursue interviews, joint ventures or even big clients in order to grow their business.

Oh my goodness I cannot thank Patricia and Lilly enough for helping me out with creating a new website within 36 hours because I was being taken advantage of by the website designer who was charging me crazy money to do anything to my site and then would not do anything for weeks and would lock me out. SYT Biz gave me an extraordinary service, including 5 hours support with such generosity at a time I was feeling quite frustrated, concerned and already had spent some thousands on a website I had not control over. They respond immediately and always keep me posted on the progress of what is occurring when I ask for anything. They have made changes within a few days. I had never experienced this before. SYT Biz created my website and social media pages. They helped create a complete marketing system for me and a beautiful catalog! They listened to what I wanted, created everything based on that and taught me how to use the tools to update as I needed! Considering I am a real novice it was a BIG task and they were so very kind and patient. I could not have asked for a better experience or a better job. It was perfect and right on target! By the time of our 1st meeting, they had already drafted a site based on my social media content and sent me several templates and othee sites for ideas. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our template based designs are $1000 and our custom designs are $3000. We do offer discounts for military biz owners as part of our project, OperationSYTLaunch.com.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have two types of design services, template and custom. For our template sites, clients first have to choose a template. Next they submit their content. We create the site with the client content. Then it's launch time! For custom design, we create three different designs that our clients can choose from. Once they have chosen a design, the process is the same as our template sites.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I do have a Bachelor's Degree, I do not have any formal training for web design. However I have been learning/working with code for over 10 years. First it was just playing around with my MySpace page. Then I created websites using AngelFire to display my poetry. It wasn't until 2010 that I started working with websites professionally. I found WordPress in 2011 and began using it for all of our client work.
