Introduction: Responsibility, honesty, good prices, trustworthiness. I really enjoy to see my customers happy when I finish the job I was hired for. Also, the fact that I am helping other people getting things done, those things that due to the busy lives we live in New York, we don't get the time or the energy to get them done in our own. When I finish cleaning and organizing a place, I love to look around and see everything so clean. The feeling of the clean atmosphere makes me put myself in my customers shoes, to come home, open my door, the good smell and how clean the apartment / house is..........so satisfying.

Paula cleaned my house and did an amazing job. I am very happy with the work she did. Not only did she do a great job cleaning, her ability to organize closets and pantries are incredible. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs cleaning and organizing

I give an estimated price, according to the information the customer, has provided, but the final price is given after I see the place.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer is interested in my services, I always like to meet with him / her, to discuss about all specific details related to the services that are being requested. When finalized the details I always try to work around all te conveniences of my client, such as day and time they prefer the job to be complete.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as living in housekeeper / babysitter. During that time I went to school to improve my language skills, in the meantime I was working as living out baby sitter. About two years ago I decided to start providing my services cleaning and organizing. I started helping somebody but then I decided to go on my own.
