- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our least expensive product is $500 for a 30" wide closet with 2 double hung rods, 2 shelves and 2 side support panels. All prices go up from there based on custom components and includes tax, delivery, install, designs, 7 year warranty. Prices may include chrome handles and oval rods, which are stronger than round rods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit you in your home, see your project, share our products, design, price and book your installation in one meeting....unless the home is under construction and there is no where to sit nor stand. Then I will meet you again to review designs. 50% of balance is due at signing, balance due upon installation. Or 0% interest financing for 12 months with Wells Fargo application approval with a 20% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. from Fashion Institute of Technology and certification from an Interior Design Program. I have masters studies in costuming, an AAS in fashion marketing. I have an Interior Refiner certificate from Use What You Have Redesigns. I also love taking continuing education classes in art, healing and whatever strikes my fancy.
