FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my rates are $75 an hour. And I stay between 2 and 6 hours per project unless other accommodations are made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A preliminary meet and greet to get into a comfortable discussion, then a follow up meeting to firm up pricing. It is important for the customer to be able to describe what they expect as an end product, in other words, do you want a DVD or CD, do you want a USB drive, or a download. Have you seen a wedding production that you'd like yours to be similar to. Do you want to be very creative and have fun, do you want to have the photographer suggest ideas? Do you actually want to shoot it all in one day or would you prefer to shoot over a few days because the weather might not be cooperating or you have a set of places you'd like photos taken at to add to the wedding day photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Arts Management. I started taking pictures when I was very young. I took film photography classes in high school. I also took Radio and Television classes at a different college to earn my Associate's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Media. I have taken over 10,000 photos and pictures I've submitted to Google maps have now surpassed 250,000 views.
