FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is very difficult in this industry as there may be many variables involved and different request from every customer. We look at each job in it's entirety, along with the amount of time and materials involved to give our clients the best pricing for professional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would think trust is the most important thing new customers are concerned about. We would prefer all our new customers came by word of mouth as this would already puts them at ease. We are constantly seeking better ways to insure potential new customers feel safe and trust in us. We have Background checks in place, licensed and insured. Members of several associations and always attend conferences and training to continue to learn, be up to date on new systems, and just a part of other like minded professionals. I would like to tell you we know everything but that's simple not true for anyone. We do however have a network of professionals we can get answers from. Reviews are also useful for potential new customers. Yet harder than it seems as we advertise on several platforms including Angie's List, Home Advisor, Thumbtack, UAMCC, Houzz, Google, Facebook and more each having their own review platform. The trouble is these companies are trying to sell their services and customers have to signup to leave a review making it challenging to have stacks of reviews on each site. Most of these sites also require a background check, which we have many and we also have one through Aspen Grove Solutions with the highest possible rating we would be happy to share.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since we have been in business since 2005 we've made our share of mistakes, I wish we didn't have to learn the hard way. However we have gained extensive knowledge in the industry and have learned and continue to through many outlets including: Pressure Washing Institute, United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners, and many conferences and training events through-out every year. This industry is like any other new ideas and products are being developed daily. We are always seeking to learn further how to proficiently better our services and provide a better product for our customers. The days of trail and error are gone. Professional products and equipment, and many years of knowledge equals great service, saety and results to our clients.
