- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I do. Express Facials start at $60 and facial prices can go up through $149 for a Custom or Specialty Facial. My website at Rozelle.skincaretherapy.net lists pricing and if the service you need isn't listed there, just ask me. I also have weekly and monthly specials, client loyalty cards, client referral reward system, and product rewards system as well. Information upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? This process includes a short phone interview, asking their reason for treatment. Client answers questionnaire at my Spa regarding their health history, allergic reactions, & skincare practices. I ascertain clients reasonable goals, expectations, previous treatments, facials, and surgeries. Then the treatment plan is agreed upon by client and me for that visit, written down, and signed by us. After cleansing the face and client is under the magnification light, if any changes need to be made they're made now and agreed upon by us both. There are no surprises during the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Licenced Esthetician, LE, by the state of California. This is if upmost importance to practice skincare in California.
