I have suffered from neck and should pain for years after my car accident. I tried yoga and pilates. They helped but the pain always returned. It wasn't until my first session with Ronda at Stretch Rx that I began to feel relief from my neck pain and the migraines. I am so grateful to her for everything she does!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have them fill out a health history and fitness assessment. Go over the goals and health/pain concerns. New clients will be emailed forms.
