- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take most insurances and offer a reduced rate for clients that are not using insurance coverage if they cannot afford my full rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to speak to you over phone or email to determine if my services would be a good fit for you and to answer any questions that you may have. Once we schedule an appointment, I will ask you to complete paperwork for me to review. At our first session, I will be completing a thorough assessment of your background to determine different approaches and goals that you would like to work on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and am currently a Doctoral Candidate. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and attend numerous trainings and presentations each year to stay up to date in my field.
