Introduction: Castle roofing and construction is a contracting company that specializes in full roof replacements through homeowners insurance. For the same cost as a repair most times. Damage to your roofs from previous storms can be assessed and documented and if approved, homeowner pays their “all other perils” deductible, which is on average 1k dollars no matter how big the roof is. Insurance will replace the entire roof plus any interior damage from leaks with no additional money out of their pocket besides their deductible! We offer free roof inspections and our main concern is being an advocate for the homeowner👍 We also offer full roof replacements for cash, check and all major credit cards, as well as offer financing if needed!!!

From the knock on my door to the end of my roof job my transaction was seamless & stress free. Daniel Maestre was polite & thorough in his presentation & completely handled the entire process for me w/o a clinch. Once I gave Daniel my ins info my job was done. He handled everything w/ professionalism & his attention to detail surpassed any business transaction I’ve ever been involved in. And to not pay a dime for all that he did says A+++ rating in my eyes. The entire process from the date my claim was entered took just under 4 wks. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not make a single penny from the homeowner the only way I receive commissions is if either the roof gets fully replaced through insurance or fully replaced through cash quote.. therefore all the time I spend on each homeowners property is free of charge and I only get paid once the project is completed and get paid directly from my company not from the homeowner👍
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we receive leads from homeowners in need of our help, however most the time we work off of referrals from past homeowners! I explain to each homeowner of the process and do a free inspection and from there together we work to figure out best solution to the specific damage!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in the roofing industry as well as in the process of gaining my insurance adjusters license. I graduated from Florida State University with A double major in business management and Insurance! I graduated with a GPA of 3.85 and I am now an expert in the roofing and insurance claims industry!
