- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Woods Fencing, we pride ourselves on being flexible with our rates, allowing us the opportunity to be able to offer the most affordable options to our valued customers while still maintaining the quality property owners expect and deserve. Our goal is to meet and exceed those expectations, allowing Woods Fencing to tailor quotes and estimates to the customer's specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On initial contact, we arrange to come out to the property to provide a free estimate on a day and time that works for them. If the estimate is accepted, the next step is scheduling a convenient day and time to sign the detailed contract, which fully outlines the project and its costs, and collect the deposit (cost of materials only), which can also be done same day in some cases. Once the materials deposit is collected, immediately applied to purchasing material for the project, work begins on the day and time agreed upon in the contract. Upon completion to the customer’s satisfaction, we request the remaining balance (cost of labor). Then we shake hands with our satisfied customer, thank them for their business, and wish them a wonderful day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years of experience in the industry and three generations of specialists on our team is what you get with Woods Fencing! All of our crew and staff possess the necessary skills, background, and work ethic to be part of Woods Fencing. Owner and Foreman Michael Woods is a second-generation Fenceman. The Office Manager of Woods Fencing holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from ITT Technical Institute.
