- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best way for us to give you a free estimate is over the phone. Being that there are many aspects to carpet repair & cleaning needs, it is difficult to give a perfect quote without seeing the carpet needs. All existing customers receive a 10% discount off of any future services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In regards to new customers, after a free phone consultation and estimate, we would like to schedule an appointment anticipating that we will be completing the job during that appointment. We will measure and inspect the job, then give a perfect quote before proceeding with work. If, for any reason the customer decides to not have us do the work, we do have a $50.00 consultation fee for our time, and gas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The IICRC is the leading certification program for carpet installation, repair, cleaning, water restoration and many other scopes in the carpet industry. James Perez, the Owner of Edge Carpet Repair & Cleaning is an IICRC certified repair technician, and water restoration technician. To keep these certifications, one must complete continuing education courses per the IICRC requisites.
