- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
once I can talk with the customer I try to work out a flat rate that works for both of us and I can also work with an hourly rate which ever the customer wants. generally the flat rate works best for everyone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss my availability and their availability for access to the project. If there are animals or babies that nap that I need to be aware of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained on every aspect of work I do through the company I work with along with refresher training when they are due.
