- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on size of driveway or parking lot , is there cracks and pot holes and does the costumer even want them filled or just Sealcoated? Sometimes a costumer will pick and chose what they want done and a lot of times we will give a few estimates with or without repairs, so we leave it up to the costumer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My business partner and I been working in this field for a ten years under a different company. Then one day we decided to go out and buy our own equipment and just start up our own business. We are glad to say after every job we do "another satisfied costumer".
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently were able to take care of a costumers driveway that had some major cracks and also some pot holes within. I'm proud to say that we were able to work with the price and move it toward the costumers advantage. When pot holes and cracks are involved it tends to start increasing the price significantly and that's only because of the amount of material we had to use. That being said I worked with the home owner and met him the middle. In the end, the costumer was very satisfied with not only with the job but also with the price. He actually said that we beat some other company's estimate also. I was happy to hear that our pricing is very reasonable.
