- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First information call is free; $125/month (for 4 coaching calls max) or $35/individual coaching call if fewer calls per month are desired. No contract or minimum number of sessions. **Price includes unlimited support in between calls via SMS, email, social media, etc. as desired by client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first information call with me is always free. This gives both of us time to get to know each other (your goals and my coaching style) to see if we're a good fit. I then have coaching calls with clients every 1-2 weeks and provide unlimited support between calls via SMS, email, social media, etc. During coaching calls we break down challenges into manageable pieces, set realistic goals for the upcoming week and brainstorm solutions to possible pitfalls. We will also set up times during the week when I'll check in with you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience providing consultation and managing change in groups and individuals. I also have 25 years experience as a Registered Nurse which allows me to maintain a holistic approach.
