So on a random evening I decided to "google": how much does it cost to have a waitress help me at a party at my house?" Within minutes Gina texted me and then we spoke on the phone. I had never done this before and I REALLY wanted everything to go smoothly for my daughters Christening. After speaking with Gina I felt at ease. She assured me that I would be able to "be a guest" at my own party and that is exactly what I needed to hear. Its hard to have a party at your home and still be able to enjoy your guests. Well, when Laura arrived to our home it was clear that she was going to have everything under control. For the first time I actually enjoyed my own party. Laura was GREAT!!! I am actually looking forward to having another event at my home because I'll feel more at ease and confident that I too may actually enjoy myself, not just my guests. When Laura left and I looked around the kitchen I couldn't believe there was nothing left for me to tidy up. It was an AWESOME feeling! I am extremely OCD'sh and like for everything to be perfect. Having someone like Laura here to help me out, actually she took right over which was even better, made the afternoon/evening a HUGE success. Looking forward to the next party. I would strongly recommend Gina at Exceptional Services, and everyone she has working with her, to anyone who wanted to throw a great party at their home.

I called two days before Thanksgiving and Gina was able to scramble to find me a bartender for the day. Bob was prompt, responsive, friendly - and makes a great drink! Scheduled him for four hours but my guests loved him so he was here for seven! He cleaned up and served. Thanks Gina and Bob!

The team sent was fantastic! They made the party much more fun by taking care of replenishing the buffet, making sure people had drinks, cleaning up and being very professional and lovely to everyone. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all budgets and try to be all inclusive with my pricing plus gratuity that is added on to the event the day of. Standard gratuity in the industry is 20%, I can gladly add that to your total for my staff! The more detailed and specific you are, the more I can be as well!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak to all customers over the phone and possibly meet in person if they have the time. We can communicate via email, text, phone and contracts! Everyone will deal with myself directly !!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. I have a Bachelors in Psychology as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management. So i know how to work with customers, vendors, corporate and employees to provide quality and reliable service.
