- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer many options so that everyone can afford my products and services. From favors for birthdays or weddings to full service wedding planning. Each client gets a "menu" to choose from and we go from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer or client, like any relationship, the greatest foundation is communication. I get to know my customers so I have a better idea of what their likes and dislikes are. After getting to know each other a little better, we start our work process with their event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for event planning got me here. I worked a 25 hour work week for a long time before realizing that it wasn't for me and that if I wanted to pursue a career in the industry, I had to go for it.
