- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My pricing is updated annually, and service packages are custom tailored to accommodate each client's individual needs. I also run promotions and specials a few times each year. A detailed price and service document is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically schedule a meeting with a new client either in person or via phone, whichever is more convenient for them, so that I can get to know them on a personal level. This helps me best capture my client's uniqueness and personality during our session or event shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in the fundamentals of photography, and I have been in business since 2011. I also participate in continuing education seminars a few times each year and am a member of the Professional Photographers Association.
