I held a party for close friends and hired Brad with Epicurean Services; I had not done this before & was apprehensive- what an amazing experience it turned into! Guests were so impressed with presentation, service and most importantly the food. Brad worked on the menu with me; I wanted hearty appetizers for a sit down meal. Each course was presented with explanation of food and beautifully showcased while being served at the correct temperature. Here are a few of the big hits: vegetable egg rolls were light and crispy, Stromboli was just like my Grandmother used to make, beet and apple puff tarts were flavorful, and my favorite the Buffalo chicken wing meatballs with celery and crumbly bleu cheese. My friends were thrilled with the evening and will not hesitate to call Brad when they host an evening of relaxing fine dining. Anne

We hired Epicurean Services for an in home cooking lesson. My boyfriend is a moderately experienced chef and Bradley did a fantastic job of working with his level of experience to make the lesson informative for both of us. He cooked stuffed fish, rice pilaf and green bean almondine. The rice pilaf was delicious and simple, I have already remade it less than a week later. The green beans and tilapia were creamy and filled with flavor. Bradley was so much fun to talk to and I really enjoyed the convenience and comfort of having a fine dining experience at home. I look forward to using Epicurean Services in the future for events and relaxing date nights. Bradley is passionate and knowledgeable about his work and I would recommend his services to any human being with the ability to eat food.

Brad was prepared, knowledgeable, and provided us with a great spread for our get-together. He moved quickly and was flexible when our party style changed a bit throughout the day. Guests raved about his food, and several took his card. Great job, Brad, thank you for your service!

The food and service exceeded our expectations. Chef Bradley brought someone to help and they were both very professional start to finish, made excellent food and cleaned up everything before they left. It was exactly what we wanted and we never felt strange although they were in our open concept house it went very smoothly and felt like an intimate dinner party still.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it varies based on services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet, if we are planning a large party or event I typically like to take a deposit to cover materials and reserve my time. For personal chef services, cocktail parties, etc., we plan your menu together and I arrive early to prep and set your event off perfectly. If you are having cooking lessons, I will arrive at your home at our agreed upon time with the materials necessary for your class, and begin promptly with your lesson. I am very flexible and I love entertaining and educating, so I work with you every way possible to make your experience delightful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years industry experience, and a lifelong appreciation for food, educating, entertainment, and enjoying life with friends, families, and groups of people large or small.
