Introduction: (We are not accepting clients at this time. Please keep checking back!) I believe our business stands out because our clients don't just represent money to us. They become family. We invest the time it takes to get to know the families and their animals so we can provide the best care that we can for them. We also don't take clients that we feel wouldn't benefit from using us , either their animals needs are different than we can offer or sometimes it's just not the right fit. We enjoy being able to care for other's pets the way we would want our own animals to be taken care of. We understand how difficult it is to find someone you trust to take care of your animals . That's why we do the job we do because our own lives revolve around animals 24/7 so it just made sense for us to throw everything in and make our passion for animals our lives work.

I felt very confident leaving my pets in the care of T&T Animal Services. They looked after them well as well as maintaining the house by vacuuming, wiping, mopping. Very very pleased with the service

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All clients get a customized package that fits their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a client for the first time, we schedule a free meet and greet in the owners home to assess if we are the right fit for what they need. At the meet and greet we have paper work that has to be filled out, you get a copy of our insurance for proof of insurance and many other things in your welcome packet. At this time we meet your pets and make sure we are the right fit for your family member then we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just opened this company in 2017 because my family has always had animals. I have trained animals all my life. My daughter is actually in school to train as a trainer as well as grooming. My daughter has experience with all types of animals and trained her weimaraner in agility and basic obedience. I have several certificates in nutrition and training in canines and felines as well as horses.
