FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we offer several planning options as well as many event rental services, we do not have a set price structure. We are like Flo and believe in bundling to save our clients on the bottom line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first conduct a phone interview during which we ask an array of questions to get an understanding of the look and feel they are hoping to achieve for their event. We then schedule a face to face meeting. During that meeting we present our potential client with vendors that will provide the exact services they wish to have at their event. We then keep in continuous contact with our client in regards to any new vendors and decisions to be made about their event. We feel communication is key for a mutually beneficial planner/client relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in business marketing. I have owned several businesses within my career. I have worked directly in the non-profit sector for many years. It was during this time that I became a full--on event planner and coordinator. My assistant has been with me for the last 20 years. She has worn many different hats in her work with me as well as a Certified Master Florist with thirteen years of floral and event experience.
