Introduction: We build relationships with our clients in the before during and after portion of the project. We want to be more than just your contractors. My company offers free written proposals. I also offer free design drawing with proposals if needed. I would love to help you on your project I really enjoy the designing process of a project. Understanding what the client wants there project to look like in the end and bringing it to a reality. The tranformation process is what i truly love.

We had a complete house remodel with an addition. Work was done on time, high quality, and very professional. Work was also completed under budget. We had our master bathroom tiled . Rian did a great job. He stayed late to get the job done so we could get our bathroom back. The floor looks great. He also gave a very competitive bid . We are happy with the price and the work!

Yes there us a standard pricing for my services. Job costs do also vary depending on project
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet with a written proposal to follow. Followup to discuss proposal. If hired move into formal construction agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years in the Residential Construction trades. Certificate Blueprint Reading and writing classes held at ICC
