Introduction: Julia, founder of Pell City Yoga Center, is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor through Tallapoosa Center for Inner Arts and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance from 2013. Her way to yoga started in 2003 in her home country Russia with a small group of people searching their way to themselves.
Julia fell in love with yoga from the very beginning although she was not flexible at all and periodically suffered from low back pain and migraines. Yoga helped her to become free from back pain and migraines. In Julia's yoga classes she concentrates on a body as a whole which inseparably linked with mind and spirit. Her classes are always fun and mood moving. Pell City Yoga Center offers group yoga classes as well as a private session.
