Introduction: Julia, founder of Pell City Yoga Center, is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor through Tallapoosa Center for Inner Arts and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance from 2013. Her way to yoga started in 2003 in her home country Russia with a small group of people searching their way to themselves. Julia fell in love with yoga from the very beginning although she was not flexible at all and periodically suffered from low back pain and migraines. Yoga helped her to become free from back pain and migraines. In Julia's yoga classes she concentrates on a body as a whole which inseparably linked with mind and spirit. Her classes are always fun and mood moving. Pell City Yoga Center offers group yoga classes as well as a private session.

Before attending Pell City Yoga, I had never been to a yoga class before and was a little apprehensive. Julia made it easy to start and learn the positions – she knows her stuff and is very patient. The poses stretch muscles and joints making everyday activities easier; I am feeling stronger – both mentally and physically. I definitely recommend Pell City Yoga for everyone interested in increasing their flexibility.

This yoga class has helped me become more aware of my body and what it needs. Julia's guidance allows for a calming environment that encourages self exploration. The studio is relaxing with lots of natural light. Which to me, makes it more comfortable! I would recommend this to anyone of any age! It's always nice to get moving! Tiffanie
